3 Frustrations Attorneys and Insurance Adjusters Report When Hiring An Expert Witness

1.    Too Many Hassles: Usually you spend time contacting medical personnel with busy practices who may not return your phone calls in a timely manner. The medical record is full of jargon that can be hard to interpret and understand.  I’ll send you a free report helping you to eliminate that frustration.
2.    Turn Around Time Too Long: You send a case referral to an expert witness and they don’t get back to you in a timely manner. Worst yet, the typical expert witness likes to pontificate about what they know as opposed to what is best for winning the case. Your free report will reveal how to eliminate this from occurring.
3.    Hidden Costs: You refer a case to an expert witness and they send back an invoice. In a typical medical malpractice or product liability lawsuit, there are often expert witnesses who don’t reveal the hidden costs involved. And if you are like most attorneys or adjusters, just not knowing about these hidden fees upfront which are usually shown in an invoice is a harder pill to swallow than actually paying the invoice. Your free report will show you how to painlessly get a top notch expert witness you can rely upon 100% with absolutely no hidden charges or fees.
